Montana PBS is seeking a qualified technical systems integrator to design, supply, install, and commission a modernized Network Operations Center (NOC) in Bozeman, MT. The project includes detailed electrical, cooling, and floor‑plan work, requires coordination of phased cut‑overs, and must adhere to state procurement, prevailing‑wage, and equal‑pay requirements.
• Provide full design, installation, cabling, labeling, testing, and commissioning of 23 new 44‑U racks (Middle Atlantic MRK‑4436) and associated power and cooling systems.
• Relocate and re‑rack existing broadcast equipment without disrupting broadcast transmission; all cut‑overs must be approved and coordinated with the Owner.
• Deliver a comprehensive work plan, schedule, and documentation; comply with numerous mandatory procurement clauses (insurance, debarment, prevailing‑wage, HB 356 certification, AI‑usage disclosure, etc.).
