The Montana State University System seeks a vendor to design, implement, and support a fully integrated, vendor‑hosted e‑commerce SaaS platform that will serve its four campuses. The solution must seamlessly integrate with the university’s Ellucian Banner 9.3.29 system for real‑time student billing, payments, refunds, and payment‑plan administration, and must support a broad range of payment methods (credit/debit cards, ACH/E‑check, campus cards, mobile wallets, etc.).
