On Call Towing Services Carmel Police Department

The City of Carmel Police Department is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced towing service providers to provide on-call towing services on rotation for the City of Carmel. The towing services will be required on an as-needed basis and should include prompt response times, professional service, and adherence to all applicable regulations and standards. The provider must have a fleet of well-maintained tow trucks, be available 24/7, and provide services such as towing, roadside assistance, and recovery. The contract term will be for one year with a possible two-year renewal. • The provider must meet Indiana State regulations and industry standards for towing equipment and services. • The provider must have a reliable communication system and respond to calls within 30 minutes for non-emergency situations and 20 minutes for emergency situations. • The provider must maintain accurate records of all towing services provided and submit reports as required. • The provider must comply with the City's tow service agreement and all applicable laws and regulations. • The provider must have adequate insurance coverage, including liability insurance. • The provider must provide a single point of contact for administrative requests and issues.
