On-Call Insertion Valve Contractor

The City of Waterbury’s Bureau of Water is seeking a qualified contractor to serve as an on‑call provider for insertion valve services on water distribution pipelines of all sizes. The contractor must be able to respond quickly to emergency or scheduled valve replacements, repairs, and installations, working under the direction of city staff.
