Legal Access Services for Reunified Families Program

The U.S. Department of Justice, Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) is seeking a contractor to provide individualized legal services to complement the group orientations and workshops provided by EOIR to Program Participants. The contractor will deliver legal advice and document preparation services under this Statement of Work (SOW). The contract will have a base period of 12 months and four 12-month option periods. The contractor must provide services from eight regional offices and may propose its own list of regional office locations. The contractor must also provide pro bono mentorship via remote technology.
