Potable & Gray Water Truck/Handwashing Station (Trailer Mounted) for ESB Regions 1, 2, and 4

The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Forest Service, is seeking quotes for potable and gray water trucks, as well as handwashing stations, to support local, regional, and national fire suppression and all-hazard incidents. The contractor will provide equipment and services, including labor, equipment, operating supplies, materials, and transportation costs. The contract will be a Multiple Award Incident Blanket Purchase Agreement (I-BPA) with a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The contractor must meet the minimum requirements specified in the solicitation and provide all necessary documentation, including pictures and weight tickets, to demonstrate the operational acceptability of the equipment or resource. • The contractor must provide equipment that meets the specifications and requirements outlined in the solicitation. • The contractor must provide services, including labor, equipment, operating supplies, materials, and transportation costs. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to safety, health, and environmental protection. • The contractor must provide all necessary documentation, including pictures and weight tickets, to demonstrate the operational acceptability of the equipment or resource. • The contractor must participate in the Virtual Incident Procurement (VIPR) Next Gen System and provide quotes through the VIPR Next Gen Vendor Application.
