The vehicle must be delivered F.O.B. the DWS Baseyard in Kahului within 180 calendar days of a Notice to Proceed, fully assembled, fueled, and with all required documentation (tax clearance, compliance certificates, warranty, manuals, etc.). Bids are to be submitted electronically through the Public Purchase System by the stated deadline; no bid or performance bonds are required, and the award will go to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder. • One (1) new 4x4, four‑door pickup truck – current‑year model, minimum 2.3 L engine, 270 hp, 10‑speed transmission, 4‑wheel ABS disc brakes. • Required features: factory‑installed air conditioning, heavy‑duty cooling, 600 CCA battery, 150 A alternator, power‑assisted steering, payload ≥ 1,600 lb, GVWR ≥ 6,000 lb, 18‑gal fuel tank, fleet‑white exterior, extensive safety equipment. • All standard manufacturer equipment must be included; additional accessories such as tow package, spare tire, cargo light, floor mats, etc., are mandatory. • Delivery must include license plates, inspection stickers, service manuals (CD if available), and a local service/repair shop arrangement on Maui. • Liquidated damages of $100 per day for late delivery. • No bid bonds, performance bonds, or multiple submissions allowed.
