Description:
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 15 intends to award a sole source Purchase Order to FOUR POINTS TECHNOLOGY, L.L.C. for Medical Grade Refrigerators. The proposed order is for a one-time purchase of BD Pyxis ES Medical Grade Refrigerators to continue day-to-day pharmacy medication operations at the Harry S. Truman Memorial Veterans' Hospital in Columbia, MO. The contract includes complete delivery of the equipment to the Columbia VAMC Pharmacy. The period of performance is 270 days. • The contractor must deliver nine (9) each, PyxisES Ref 13CF, RHG-3Deep, 9S (# 137550-01-1) and two (2) each, PyxisES Ref 5CF, RHG-3Deep, 3St (# 137678-01-1) medical grade refrigerators. • The contractor must comply with Federal laws, regulations, standards, and VA Directives and Handbooks regarding information and information system security. • The contractor personnel must wear a medical grade mask while in the facility, regardless of vaccination status and company, state or local masking policies. • The contractor must perform the work in a safe and responsible manner to prevent damage, injury, or loss to individuals and the workplace.
