The U.S. Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) is conducting market research to identify qualified vendors capable of providing 24/7/365 operations, maintenance, and continuous modernization of its Multi‑X Security (MXS) Platform—a multi‑tenant, cloud‑native environment supporting unclassified through Top Secret//SCI workloads. The effort emphasizes DevSecOps, container orchestration, telemetry, enterprise identity management, managed database services, and rigorous cybersecurity compliance under DoD RMF. Vendors must demonstrate experience with high‑security cloud platforms, possess active Top Secret clearances, and maintain accredited SCIF/SAP facilities. • Operate and sustain Kubernetes‑based infrastructure, service mesh, API gateways, and IaC across multiple classified enclaves. • Provide DevSecOps toolchains, continuous integration/delivery pipelines, and automated security testing (SAST/DAST, SBOM, VEX). • Deliver tenant onboarding/off‑boarding, tiered service‑desk support, and SLA‑driven availability for mission‑critical applications.
