Budget estimate

$500,000 – $2,000,000

The budget for this project is not explicitly stated in the document. However, based on the scope of work and the fact that it is a 12-20 month consulting project, a reasonable estimate for the budget could be between $500,000 and $2 million. This estimate is based on the assumption that the consultant will need to provide a comprehensive plan, engage with the community and stakeholders, and analyze data to develop recommendations for investment and heat response planning. The budget will likely depend on the consultant's expertise, the level of effort required, and the complexity of the project.
