2026 Sewer & Drain Improvement Project

The City of Nashua is seeking bids for the 2026 Sewer & Drain Improvement Project. The project consists of sewer and drain system improvements on Middle Dunstable Road, Hills Ferry Road, Dunloggin Road, and 167 Cypress Lane, including pipeline and structure replacement, and miscellaneous other sewer, drain, and roadway trench patching items. The project will begin once a written "Notice to Proceed" is issued, and completion times are as follows: substantial completion by November 1, 2026, and final completion of the finish course of pavement by May 30, 2027. • The project requires the removal of small trees, tree pruning, fill abandoned pipe, removal of catch basins, drop inlets, and manholes, and other related work. • The project also includes the installation of new pipes, including 12" and 18" polypropylene (PP) pipes. • The contractor will be required to provide certificates of insurance for coverage, including general liability, motor vehicle liability, and workers' compensation. • The contractor will also be required to post a bid bond and a payment and performance bond. • The city reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and the contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
