Specially Equipped Vans with Wheelchair Lifts

The Ellisville State School is seeking bids for the purchase of four new, 2025, gasoline-powered, specially equipped vans with wheelchair lifts. The vans must meet or exceed the requirements listed in the bid specifications, including seating for a minimum of 9 passengers or 5 passengers and two wheelchair tie-downs, excluding driver and attendant. The successful bidder will be required to deliver the vehicles to the main campus of Ellisville State School within 60-90 days after receipt of order. The bid price shall include all components listed as standard equipment by the manufacturer and the options listed in the specifications. Some key features of the vans include: • 2025 or newer Ford Transit 350 LWB Medium Roof Wagon, Chevy Express G30 Van or approved equal • Specially equipped with wheelchair lifts and seating for 9 passengers or 5 passengers and two wheelchairs • Equipped with power steering, anti-lock brakes, and a 3.7 L Ti-VCT V6 FFV/3.5L Ecoboost V6 gasoline-powered engine • Insulated to provide sound deadening and retain desired internal temperatures • Equipped with an AM/FM radio, dual mirrors, and a backup camera/alarm system • Meets or exceeds Federal Motor Vehicles Safety Standards and ADA requirements
