Transit-ADA Compliant Van Procurement

MassDOT’s Rail and Transit Division is seeking qualified vendors to design, manufacture, and deliver ADA‑compliant transit vans (up to 29 ft in length) for use by MassDOT, MBTA, and 15 regional transit authorities. The contract is a five‑year firm‑fixed‑price agreement that includes vehicle warranty, parts support, training, and compliance with 49 CFR Part 38 and related federal standards.
