The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) is seeking innovative commercial solutions to support its Strategic Services Branch. The solutions should provide comprehensive, integrated end-to-end IT service capabilities, including network and switch operations, systems administration, hardware and software configuration management, and end-user support. The proposed solution must deliver these capabilities to enhance agency-wide IT and desktop support across the Center for Army Analysis's (CAA) internally managed classified Closed Restricted Network (CRN) and its externally managed classified and unclassified network environments. • Network and switch operations • Systems administration, system integration, and testing • Hardware and software configuration management • Infrastructure management and network administration • End-user support, service desk functions, and user training • Hardware and software fielding • Quality control and performance monitoring • Support for installs, moves, adds, and changes (IMACs) • Information and network security services • Support for Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS), Government Off-the-Shelf (GOTS), and locally developed software and databases The period of performance is one (1) twelve-month base year with four (4) twelve-month option years.
