6515--Arjo Ceiling Lifts

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking to identify potential sources for future Brand Name or Equal requirement for an Arjo Ceiling Lift (Maxi Sky 2) equipment and installation. The system is needed to reduce patient and staff injuries while aiding in the safe transfer of patients. The required features of the ceiling lift include factory testing, handheld remote control, hygiene chair integration, FDA approval, and a one-year warranty. Interested parties must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database and provide a capability statement, literature, and point of contact information. * The ceiling lift must have a safe working load of 600lbs and be able to be utilized 24 hours. * The ceiling lift must have a strap length of 98.4” and a lifting speed of 5.1 cm/sec (2.0”) without load. * The ceiling lift must weigh no more than 27lbs and include a lifting strap, emergency cord, and spreader bar. * The ceiling lift must have non-porous components and include Quick Connect TM. * The ceiling lift must have a LCD interface and provide instant and clear feedback on the state of the lift.
