PTAG Intent to Sole Source – Additional Leased Parking for USPTO Alexandria Campus

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is seeking to lease 500 additional parking spaces in the "West Garage" located at 550 Elizabeth Ln, connected to the USPTO Alexandria Campus. The USPTO has identified LCOR ALEXANDRIA LLC as the sole contractor for this requirement. The lease is intended to support the USPTO's implementation of the Department of Commerce plan to return employees to in-person work. The USPTO has existing arrangements with other parking facilities near the campus, but they are at capacity.
