The State of California, through its Department of Rehabilitation, is soliciting offers to lease approximately 4,542 net usable square feet of office space in the City of San Luis Obispo, together with 20 parking spaces. The property must be asbestos‑free, meet ADA, seismic, California Building Code, Title 24, and Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise requirements, and be located within defined city boundaries. Preference will be given to buildings that are LEED‑certified or Energy Star‑qualified where cost‑effective.
