The State of California, through the Department of Consumer Affairs, is seeking to lease approximately 6,700 nsf of warehouse space in Valencia (Los Angeles County) for indoor vehicle storage, together with five exclusive parking spaces. The property must be asbestos‑free, meet seismic and ADA standards, be close to public transit, satisfy Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) requirements, and preferably hold LEED or Energy Star certification.
