Legal Services - Prosecuting Attorney

The City of Fort Morgan is seeking a qualified attorney or law firm to serve as the Municipal Court Prosecuting Attorney. The selected counsel will handle all prosecutorial functions for the city’s municipal court, including arraignments, trials, motions, and appeals, and will coordinate closely with police, code enforcement, the municipal judge, and city officials. Proposals must be submitted by November 5, 2026, with questions due by October 30, 2026.
