Public Attorneys for Indigent Defendants

The City of Las Vegas is seeking qualified firms or individuals to submit written proposals for consideration as a Public Attorney for Indigent Defendants. The City intends to establish a candidate pool to draw from for contract award in the event of future openings. The selected candidate will provide public attorney services to indigent defendants. Key responsibilities may include representing clients in court, providing legal advice, and advocating for their rights. • The RFP will remain open until approximately February 2027, and proposals will be accepted until then. • A pre-proposal meeting may be scheduled on demand, and training on the submittal process is available for Offerors unfamiliar with the public solicitation process. • Proposals must be submitted electronically via NGEM, and must include all required responses and attachments. • The City is committed to providing accommodations and assistance to persons with disabilities, and requests should be submitted at least 2 business days in advance.
