Barracks Maintenance OTA

The U.S. Army’s Directorate of Public Works at Fort Campbell seeks a single‑award Other Transaction (OTA) prototype to modernize maintenance of 58 unaccompanied‑housing barracks. The contractor will design, integrate, and operate an Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) platform (future IBM Maximo) linked to Army systems (ArMA, GFEBS) and provide full‑time, 24/7 maintenance labor across multiple trades (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.). Key responsibilities include initial physical asset inventory, QR‑code tagging, smart‑locker parts staging, preventive and demand maintenance execution, warranty coordination, and data migration.
