Monopole – Tower Lights and Military Affiliate Radio System (MARS) Antennas Maintenance and Repair

The U.S. Army is seeking a contractor to provide maintenance and repair services for monopole towers, warning lights, and Military Affiliate Radio System (MARS) antennas located across the Hawaiian Islands. The contractor will be responsible for performing remedial maintenance, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs. The contract will consist of a base period and four option periods, with a total duration of 60 months. The contractor will be required to respond to emergency maintenance requests within two hours and restore the equipment to full operational capability within six working hours. * Key services include: * Remedial maintenance of towers, rotators, cables, and antennas * Preventive maintenance of monopole towers and MARS station antennas * Emergency maintenance during normal duty hours and after normal duty hours * Installation of a complete building grounding system for the six antennas at the MARS station * Annual inspections of the building grounding system * Replacement of parts and materials as needed * Quality control and quality assurance services
