Wrecker, Impound & Storage Services

The City of Tulsa is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive wrecker, impound, and storage services for its Police Department. The contract may be awarded citywide or on a per‑division basis (Gilcrease, Riverside, Mingo Valley) and will run for one year with optional extensions. Contractors must meet strict equipment, staffing, response‑time, and insurance requirements, post a performance bond, and submit sealed bids by the deadline. • Provide 24‑hour towing, impound, and storage services, including free‑of‑charge tows for City‑owned vehicles. • Meet a 20‑minute response time, maintain detailed daily logs, and operate within Tulsa city limits for all storage facilities. • Supply minimum staffing (minimum 5 wreckers per shift for division awards, or 8 small + 2 large wreckers citywide) and maintain required equipment and licensing (Class AA wrecker license, driver licenses, insurance minimums). • Submit sealed bids (original + copy) by 5 pm CST on 19 Nov 2025, attend a mandatory virtual pre‑bid conference on 06 Nov 2025, and provide a $25k‑$75k performance bond with the bid.
