The State of Alabama is seeking a single vendor to establish a statewide “blanket” contract for Cisco‑branded telephony hardware, software, support, and related services. The contract is a 12‑month base period that may be extended up to four additional years, with all vendors required to submit a percentage discount off catalog/MSRP for every line item. The award will be “all‑or‑none” to the lowest responsible bidder(s) meeting specifications, and the contract is open to all state, local, and school agencies. The vendor must be an authorized Cisco OEM reseller, provide an OEM authorization letter, and agree to a 2 % administrative fee on total sales paid quarterly. Freight must be included in unit prices, and electronic payment methods must be accepted at no extra cost. • Scope limited to Cisco telephony products and services—network transport, cloud, and premise distribution are excluded. • Vendor must supply certified technical staff (CCIE, CCNP, CCNA, etc.) for installation and support. • No guaranteed purchase volume; orders are placed “as needed” by individual agencies. • Contract term: 12 months, renewable up to a total of 5 years, with quarterly administrative‑fee reporting. • Mandatory supplier expo attendance in the first year and compliance with data‑ownership, E‑Verify, and electronic‑payment requirements.
