Applied Behavioral Analysis Paraprofessional Services

The Hawthorne Board of Education is seeking a qualified vendor to recruit, credential, hire, payroll, and manage Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) paraprofessional staff for its Special Programs Department on an as‑needed basis throughout the 2023‑2024 school year. The vendor must ensure all paraprofessionals meet New Jersey certification requirements, conduct background checks, and provide direct behavior‑analytic support under a Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst, including data collection, individualized behavior‑plan implementation, and training.
