The Grand County Manager's Office is seeking a licensed real estate broker or firm to provide professional commercial brokerage services for the sale of the soon-to-be former EMS Station 1 property, located at 81 W. Agate Avenue in Granby, Colorado. The selected Realtor will be expected to provide a comprehensive market analysis, develop a marketing plan, conduct site tours, manage offers and negotiations, and oversee the closing process. The property is a 0.9-acre lot with a building that includes high-bay garage doors and office/living quarters, zoned as a Central Business District. The Realtor must be familiar with relevant laws and regulations governing the sale of the property and provide a statement of qualifications that includes their experience, marketing approach, compensation structure, and any additional services they can offer. • The property is being sold "As-Is, Where-Is." • The Realtor must maintain confidentiality of the Seller's information. • The submission deadline is May 15, 2026, at 3:00 P.M. • The Seller reserves the right to reject any or all statements of qualifications.
