Customized Apparel, Award Items, and Give-Away Items

The North East Independent School District (NEISD) is seeking proposal responses for customized apparel, award items, and give-away items. This is an Extended Response Period (ERP) bid, and awards will be made to multiple vendors on an incremental basis during the solicitation offering period. The district anticipates an annual spend of $500,000. The bid covers all three categories, and within those categories, many items may fall under them. • The bid is open until January 31, 2028, and questions must be submitted by January 25, 2028. • Vendors are encouraged to submit responses as soon as possible. • Awards will be made throughout the open period of this solicitation and will be made upon acceptance of a proposal response. • The district does not guarantee any purchase quantities or dollar amounts, and purchases will be made on an as-needed basis.
