Awards and Incentive Products

The Round Rock Independent School District is seeking bids for awards and incentive products. The district is looking for vendors to provide these products in accordance with the instructions, terms, and conditions contained in the solicitation. The bid replaces a previous one (19-162) that expired on 6/30/23, and all vendors are required to respond to this new RFP to continue doing business with the district. • The bid invitation document must be downloaded, completed, signed, and included in the bid response if a hard copy is necessary. • Electronic bidding is encouraged as it is more efficient and minimizes errors. • All responses must be received by the Purchasing Department staff prior to the close date and time. • The district requires bidders to note the specific requirements represented by Bid Attachments, Response Attachments, and Bid Attributes.
