PREQUALIFICATION - Bldg. 4 - Mail Services Remodel

The Mt. San Antonio Community College District is seeking prequalified general contractors to remodel its Mail Services space (approximately 1,200 sf) in Building 4. The work includes demolition of walls, ceilings, flooring, mailboxes and lighting; installation of new walls, doors, windows, T‑bar ceiling, flooring, lighting, electrical and data systems; painting; and installation of owner‑supplied smart lockers. The contractor must be a California‑licensed General Building Contractor (Class B), be DIR‑registered, and meet prevailing‑wage and DVBE participation requirements. A mandatory job‑walk is scheduled, and prequalification packages must be submitted by the deadline.
