Inmate Medical Services

The City of Las Vegas is seeking proposals for Inmate Medical Services at the City of Las Vegas Detention Center. The purpose of this RFP is to select a qualified firm or individual to provide medical services to inmates at the detention center. The selected provider will be responsible for providing medical care, including routine medical check-ups, emergency medical services, and referrals to specialized medical care. • The RFP includes a pre-proposal conference and site walk, which will be held on May 28, 2026, at 10:00 AM PT. • Prospective offerors are required to submit a copy of their state-issued photo identification, military identification, or passport by May 21, 2026, at 1:00 PM PT. • Questions regarding the RFP must be submitted via the questions tab or directed in writing to the purchasing & contracts representative by June 4, 2026, at 5:30 PM PT. • Proposals must be submitted electronically via NGEM and are due no later than June 29, 2026, at 1:30 PM PT.
