Budget estimate

$50,000 – $500,000

The budget for this contract is difficult to estimate without more information. However, considering the scope of the project, which includes event planning, attendee registration, venue support, and audio-visual services, the budget could range from $50,000 to $500,000. This estimate is based on the assumption that the event will be moderately sized, with a few hundred attendees, and will require standard audio-visual equipment and venue support. The actual budget could be higher or lower, depending on the specific requirements of the event and the number of attendees.
