Tarleton State University is seeking a qualified vendor to provide full‑service professional fireworks and special‑effects displays for its 2027 home football games. The contractor must supply all labor, materials, equipment, permits, transportation, supervision, and safety‑compliant execution of multiple pyrotechnic sequences, including custom flame and cryogenic effects, mines, comets, and concussion devices, synchronized to team introductions, the national anthem, touchdowns, and post‑game celebrations. The scope also specifies crew size, equipment configurations, and performance timing requirements. • Provide turnkey fireworks displays for at least five scheduled home games (Sept 19 – Nov 7 2026) plus any playoff dates. • Supply and operate specialized pyrotechnic equipment (smoke splitters, G‑flame units, cryogenic effects, mines, comets) and ensure a minimum 6‑ft truss height. • Maintain a crew of 7 + technicians on‑site 4 hours before kickoff and until fans have cleared the stadium, handling setup, load‑out, and all safety compliance.
