Description
The City of New York’s Department of Citywide Administrative Services is seeking up to five qualified vendors to provide real‑estate appraisal services for properties throughout the five boroughs, with occasional out‑of‑city assignments. Vendors may elect either the USPAP option (full suite of appraisal, market‑rent, and review reports) or the UASFLA option (appraisal reports only). Work is delivered via task‑order work orders, each requiring a draft report within 30 business days and a final report shortly after DCAS approval. The contract is a three‑year base term with optional renewals and includes discount and premium structures tied to volume and turnaround speed.
