• Provide 7 single‑user PACS Scan software licenses (download) with 1‑year maintenance each. • Software must integrate with existing AGFA Enterprise Imaging PACS and output DICOM images. • Perform installation, configuration, and on‑site (or remote) technical support (Mon‑Fri, 7:30 am‑4:00 pm). • Ensure compliance with VA security policies (802.11b/g/n, MOU/ISA for remote support, HIPAA). • Deliver to Jennifer Moreno VA Medical Center, Radiology Dept., RM#1308; complete acceptance after go‑live. • Offer due 09‑08‑2026; questions due 09‑02‑2026; delivery required by 12‑31‑2026.
