Insurance Brokerage and Advisory Services

The City of Republic is seeking a qualified firm to provide insurance brokerage and advisory services. The selected firm will be expected to provide a range of services, including reviewing city policies and insurance coverage, structuring insurance programs, acting as a liaison between the city and its insurers, and providing top-quality customer service. The firm will also be responsible for annually marketing the city's insurance policies, disclosing all financial contract terms, and providing early warnings of pending rate or coverage problems. The scope of work includes providing advisory services on health care reform, COBRA, HIPAA, and other similar programs, as well as assisting with health benefit administration and providing data analytics and reporting on the city's insurance programs.
