The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a firm‑fixed‑price, IDIQ contract to supply Cepheid GeneXpert® PCR testing kits and related consumables for the VA North Atlantic Health Network (HSA 1.3). The award will cover a base year with three one‑year options, providing the VA with a reliable source of FDA‑approved, brand‑name or equal diagnostic reagents for a broad panel of infectious disease targets. Vendors must demonstrate capability to ship to multiple VA medical centers, meet strict expiration‑date requirements, and provide rapid emergency resupply at no extra cost.
• Provide 16 specific GeneXpert consumable kits (e.g., GXCARBAR‑10, XPRS4PLEX‑10) with quantities ranging from a few units to thousands.
• Deliver to six VA facilities across Maryland, West Virginia, and Washington, DC, under a “no‑FOB” arrangement, using VA’s electronic invoicing system.
