Re-Bid Off-Site Data & Document Storage

The Kentucky State Government is seeking a vendor to provide off-site data and document storage services. The vendor will be responsible for storing approximately 80 cases of documents at their facility. The contract requires the vendor to provide a fully loaded, not-to-exceed cost for the services listed, including storage, pickup and delivery, and data entry/indexing labor. The vendor must have at least five years of experience providing similar services to be considered for the bid. • The vendor must provide storage services for standard boxes, large/oversize boxes, non-standard items, and bulk items. • The vendor must provide pickup and delivery services, including work week, weekend, and emergency pickups and deliveries. • The vendor must provide data entry/indexing labor services. • The vendor must have experience providing similar services for at least five years.
