Boise Airport Economy Lot Expansion – Phase 3

The City of Boise is seeking a qualified contractor to expand the existing Economy Parking Lot at Boise Airport (5500 W Victory Road) and to install associated utility infrastructure. The scope includes clearing and grubbing, demolition of existing pavement, excavation, installation of a 24‑in. gravity irrigation system, new 12‑in. storm‑drain PVC piping, concrete curbs and gutters, pavement construction, relocation of a 2‑in. gas line and fiber‑optic cable, installation of bus shelters, exterior lighting, fencing, and related erosion‑control measures. The contract is structured as a unit‑price formal bid with a total estimated value of $2.5‑$3.5 million, a 5 % bid bond, and a 150‑day contract period divided into a 60‑day irrigation phase and a 90‑day parking‑lot phase.
