Bulk Propane

The State of Arkansas, through its Department of Parks, Heritage and Tourism, is seeking a qualified vendor to supply and deliver bulk propane to Mount Magazine State Park on an as‑needed basis. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, and transportation needed to move propane from its terminal to the park, using connections that match the park’s ¾‑inch vapor and 1¼‑inch liquid lines. Pricing will be based on the supplier’s posted rack price on the delivery date plus a firm, all‑inclusive markup (or discount) submitted on the Official Bid Price Sheet. The contract will be a three‑year agreement with two optional two‑year extensions, for a possible total term of seven years. The award will go to the lowest markup per gallon that satisfies all certification and compliance requirements. • Supply bulk propane and perform FOB‑destination deliveries to Mount Magazine State Park. • Use only attachments sized ¾ in. (vapor) and 1¼ in. (liquid); all delivery costs must be embedded in the per‑gallon markup. • Provide required certifications (EO‑98‑04, anti‑boycott, illegal‑immigrant, scrutinized‑company) and submit a complete bid package by March 18 2026, 2 PM CT.
