The University is replacing the existing commercial dish‑washing system in the Commons Building, requiring full demolition, new equipment supply, and complete installation of a high‑capacity dishwasher, pulper/extractor, tray accumulator, conveyor systems, mobile sorting tables, and soak sinks, along with all associated plumbing, electrical, and exhaust work. The scope also includes field verification of utilities, protection of existing building systems, testing, start‑up, commissioning, and owner training.
• Demolition and removal of current dish‑washing machine, pulper/extractor, and tray accumulator.
• Supply and install new commercial dishwasher (Champion EUCCW8 Pro), pulper (Bi‑Line Sonic 5 Pro), tray accumulator (Bi‑Line RTP422/MT12), conveyor and sorting equipment, and soak sinks.
• Coordinate and install new plumbing, electrical, HVAC, fire‑stop, and exhaust connections; provide all supports, brackets, and accessories.
• Perform testing, start‑up, commissioning, and provide comprehensive training and documentation to the University.
• Must meet a 7 % Minority Business Enterprise participation requirement and furnish required bonds and warranties.
