The Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS) is gathering information from potential providers to inform a future contract for Tribal ALTCS (Arizona Long Term Care System) case management services. The RFI seeks insight on capabilities to deliver culturally appropriate case management, service coordination, network development, and Serious Mental Illness (SMI) determination across multiple Arizona tribes and Indian health facilities. Respondents must submit a concise (max 12‑page) written response and complete Attachment A by the January 15, 2018 deadline.
