Roof Replacement Design Services - Trail End State Historic Site - Dept. of State Parks

The Wyoming State Construction Department is seeking professional engineer services for the roof replacement project at the Trail End State Historic Site in Sheridan, Wyoming. The selected firm will provide engineering and design services, including historic tile replacement, ice damming improvements, TPO roof replacements, and water damage repairs. The project is expected to be completed by September 30, 2027. The proposal should include a description of the firm's approach and methodology, qualifications of the firm and its staff, past performance, and ability to meet time requirements. • The firm should have experience in providing professional services similar to the project. • The firm should have a physical office in Wyoming and employ individuals with professional and technical expertise. • The firm should be able to demonstrate its ability to meet time requirements and have a good past performance record. • The firm should provide a list of successfully completed projects, including a minimum of three similar projects. • The firm should provide corporate references from at least three prior similar clients.
