Surveillance and Equipment Upgrade

The Spartanburg School District Four seeks competitive proposals to expand its current surveillance infrastructure and upgrade its NowMicro server environment. The district requires the acquisition, installation, configuration, and full implementation of additional camera systems across school facilities, as well as the replacement or enhancement of existing server hardware to support the new surveillance solutions. This project will involve hardware procurement, system integration, network configuration, and ongoing support to ensure reliable, secure operation of the upgraded systems. • Provide and install new security cameras and related accessories (mounts, cabling, power supplies). • Upgrade or replace NowMicro server hardware to meet current and future performance needs. • Integrate the new cameras with the upgraded server platform, including software configuration, testing, and training for district staff. • Deliver comprehensive documentation, warranty information, and post‑installation support services.
