Master Fitness Court Specifications

The Township of Cinnaminson is seeking a vendor to supply a complete outdoor fitness‑court system—including a 32 ft × 35 ft body‑weight circuit training structure, a 1,024 sf blue sports flooring surface, hardware, graphics, a companion mobile app, and related program and marketing support. Installation is excluded; the municipality will procure installation services separately. The bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope by the deadline and include extensive certifications, insurance, and compliance statements. • Supply of a 32 ft × 35 ft outdoor fitness‑court system with seven workout stations and up to 28 simultaneous users. • Provide a 1,024 sf powder‑coated outdoor sports floor (blue), all hardware, custom graphics, and a free iOS/Android app with class scheduling, training videos, and leaderboard features. • Deliver accompanying program tools, community‑engagement kits, and optional design/decals, while meeting all NJ Local Public Contracts Law requirements and maintaining $2 M liability insurance. • All components must be manufactured in the United States; installation hardware is supplied, but installation labor is not part of this contract. • Mandatory submission documents include ownership statements, ADA compliance, EEO notices, insurance certificates, NJ business registrations, and non‑collusion affidavits.
