MRC MEDSERVICES 09-16

The Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission (MRC) is seeking contractors to provide medical and consulting services to individuals with disabilities. The services include basic medical evaluations, psychiatric, psychological, audiological, eye, dental evaluations, and providing appropriate treatment such as therapy, lab testing, surgery, and dentistry. The contracts will be rate contracts subject to the rules and regulations set forth by the Massachusetts Division of Health Care, Finance and Policy as amended. The rates will be adjusted as new rates and regulations are established or changed. • The contractors will provide medical and consulting services to MRC consumers. • The services will be subject to the Fee Schedule set forth by Massachusetts Division of Health Care. • The contractors will submit timely clinical/service reports and information to MRC. • The contractors will submit timely service billing. • The contractors must have the necessary licenses, certifications, and capabilities to provide the required services. • The contractors must have professional liability insurance. • The contractors must be pre-qualified by the Commission or any other Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS) agency. • The contractors must comply with the Supplier Diversity Office (SDO) Certification requirements.
