Description
The City of Cincinnati is rebidding the “Town Center Garage – Exterior Lighting Addition” project. This contract will cover the design‑build installation of new exterior lighting fixtures, wiring, controls, and related civil work for the garage’s parking structure. Bidders must submit all required bid forms, a bid surety, and a completed Excel pricing sheet, and must comply with the City’s general conditions, safety requirements, and insurance/bond specifications. The work must be performed in accordance with the provided drawings and specifications, with the contractor responsible for all permits, inspections, and protection of existing work.
