Replace DLB (AB) Switchgear

The University of Michigan‑Dearborn is seeking a single supplier to provide a medium‑voltage double‑ended switchgear assembly (including automatic throw‑over, main‑tie‑main arrangement, and DC power plant) to replace the aging equipment in the David Little Building. The awardee must deliver detailed submittals within two weeks of contract award, obtain DTE Energy approval, manufacture the switchgear, transport it to a site within 50 mi of Dearborn, and coordinate start‑up, training, and O&M manual delivery with the eventual installation contractor.
