NURSING SERVICES

New Hanover County Schools is seeking qualified firms to provide school‑based nursing and personal care services (RN, LPN, CNA, PCA) for students with disabilities during the 2026‑2027 academic year. Services include assessment, care coordination, medication administration, health monitoring, emergency response, and personal care assistance, all performed in accordance with each student’s Individualized Education Program (IEP) and applicable state regulations. The contract may be renewed for up to two additional one‑year terms. Proposals must be submitted in two sealed envelopes (technical and cost) by September 17, 2026, 2:00 p.m. Questions are due by September 3, 2026. • Positions required: Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Personal Care Assistant (PCA). • Scope: Direct one‑to‑one health care, medication administration, health screenings, emergency response, and personal care support for students ages 3‑21. • Minimum qualifications include current NC licensure, CPR certification, background checks, and compliance with FERPA/HIPAA. • Contract period: Award through June 30, 2027 with optional two‑year extensions. • Submission: Technical proposal (original + 5 copies) and cost proposal (original) in separate sealed envelopes; all questions via email to the purchasing officer.
