The City of Wilmington seeks a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive backflow preventer services city‑wide, covering testing, inspection, maintenance, repair, and replacement of approximately 208 devices. The contractor must adhere to state and local water‑system regulations, deliver detailed reports, maintain an online data portal, and respond to emergency service calls promptly.
