CITY OF KENNEWICK HIGHLANDS GRANGE & LAWRENCE SCOTT PARK FOOD CONCESSIONS 2026

The City of Kennewick is seeking proposals for the furnishing of all staffing, equipment, and supplies necessary to provide food and non-alcoholic beverage concessions for the Highlands Grange and Lawrence Scott Parks for 2026. Bidders can propose to operate one or both of the concession locations. The concession locations are Highlands Grange Park and Lawrence Scott Park. The City's needs are outlined in the Request for Proposal (RFP) document. • The concessionaire will be responsible for providing concession services at one or both of the sites stated in the RFP. • The concessionaire will provide services of the highest quality and dependability. • The concession will normally be operated from April 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026. • The concessionaire will be responsible for litter/garbage pickup and removal. • The concessionaire must comply with all Federal, State, and City laws and regulations. • The concessionaire must obtain all necessary licenses and permits for the operation of the proposed concession.
